Shipping
We ship all of our products through Australia Post. Your product’s will usually ship within 7-10 working days from the order date of placement, excluding public holidays. (if you live within Australia) So please be patient with us as we are trying our best. Please also be aware that during busy periods shipping may take a little longer. Australia Post does not generally deliver parcels to post office boxes so be sure to enter a residential or work address for delivery. If you are not home during delivery, Australia post will leave a pick up notice for your parcel.
Returns Policy

We accept returns in accordance with Australian consumer laws. If you have a problem with any of our products when they arrive please contact us as soon as possible. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we only sell quality products.
Damaged products
Please be aware that returns can be made for products that are damaged. We request that you contact us first and will request a photo of the damage. However, all of our products are checked when they are made and again before they are shipped.
